Just wanted to give you some news on our retail! Had one of my therapists, who took part on all the parts of the coaching centre including the webinars, face to face training and on-line. Her retail has steadily improved since and her confidence has grown and grown. For September she achieved a retail % (retail as a percentage of treatment revenue) of 86%!!!!!!! So she was only 14% off matching retail revenue to her treatment revenue. Amazing! As a business we are on about 20% which is good in my opinion! Never seen above 35% Anyway, thought you would want to know! Come and visit for a coffee soon, it would be good for you to meet our new GM who is big on training! Best Wishes.
