Acts on KPI of TL’s and Revenue performance on Hourly daily, weekly and monthly basis 3. Rectify the TL’s faults in their duties 4. Coach and motivate TLs 5. Daily Quantitative and Qualitative performance meetings 6. Ensures target achievement objectives for the whole operational teams are met on daily, weekly and monthly basis 7. When performance discrepancy, identifies root cause, resolution action 8. Ensure agents and Tls are using company assets appropriately 9. Proposes to his hierarchy process improvement actions. 10. Sort out all kinds of operational issues, send his feedback to his direct manager 11.
