She has been a professional stiltwalker for 8 years working with fabulous circuses such as Velocity Circus, Earth Circus and Vaudevire Society. She teaches improv dance classes in Santa Cruz at Motion Pacific and Co-founded Santa Cruz Contact University. Her offerings and performances can be found at large scale corporate events in San Francisco and Burning Man events all over California, NCDC Summer and Winter Dance Camps and Ecstatic Dance Oakland, and Ecstatic Dance Los Gatos. Rana balances the structure and athleticism of stiltwalking with physical comedy and theater improv skills to give participants a full experience of being a 9 foot tall character. Rana Satori is also the creatrix and captain of the Shamanic Cheerleaders, CEO of Rana Satori Designs and member of the cabaret clown troupe FouFouHa!
