Yes working out helps with stress, yes working out puts you in a better state of mind, and yes working out makes you FEEL better. But working out with your spouse...that always makes for something funny in this household. Tim said we didnt have heavy enough weights for him to do shrugs so heres what we came up with. If you cant laugh through the hard times what else can you do? So glad Tim and I can beast mode it up together and put some smiles on our faces tonight ❤️ We desperately needed it.
