Yesterday I posted about getting your game face on - to COMMIT - in order to make changes in your physique - definitely the most important step in a total healthy lifestyle change. Now, what is the second step? Its developing a game plan, a meal by meal map to get you through many days of eating clean and to stay in a deficit so that you can burn off fat. I always write my plans down, and follow them to the T - that way there is no guessing about what it is that you are going to eat (or HAVE eaten! If a diet isnt working, you can tweak it if youve been faithful to it. If you havent, then what to change? Work like a scientist...control the variables). And my diets always follow this simple rule: K.I.S.S. - Keep It Simple Stupid. Nobody (well at least I dont) has time for a complicated diet. I am a super busy person, and I dont have time to create fancy, different meals each day. So I eat the same foods, exactly, each day, for several weeks before I change it up. This makes shopping, cooking, prepping, measuring, and packaging my meals super easy, so that it becomes habitual and automatic.
