Yesterday was a long jam packed day! Up at 6 as usual and then not at home until about 11! Haha. We did treasure hunts in the morning as well as in the evening and at night we actually shot over to Bethel and joined then for Friday night strikes! My group went out and we had about zero locations expect one person had target we decided to head to a place called sundial bridge first (its literally a massive sundial and at night they have lights underneath the bridge which is made of like glass and some kind of stone!). So we head to the other side of the bridge and I see some people below the bridge and it looks like an ampitheater and we start to hear that they were playing worship music so I told my group I wanted to go down there and we are sitting down there watching and listening and God highlights this individual with this sweet beard and I couldnt shake the feeling so I just went over there. I tapped him on the shoulder and knew they were all from bethel so I asked him his name told him mine and said I was on a treasure hunt and know you probably are aware of how all that works and told him God wanted me to pray for him was there anything specific? And all he says is I guess we will see with a smile! Haha. And I had absolutely nothing going into this so I was totally put on the spot and frankly pretty intimidated by that statement! So I put a hand on his shoulder and started to pray at first a couple things came out that were really generic so I was just quiet for a minute panicking in my mind trying to figure out what to say other than Jesus loves you!! Haha. And then Jesus showed up and started to give me some words about him heading into the next season of his life and being unsure of things and certain things that God was going to teach him in this next season! Thinking that everything I said could probably have been for just about anyone I open my eyes look at Cory and say does any of that hit you? And he looks at me has this calm smile on his face and says yeah it did. And I ask if it was good and he said it was really good! Haha. So great job Jesus at the perfect moment! When we came back we shared some testimonies and the lady who was leading and randomly asks in the middle of all of them what happened with Muslims at the mall? And this one girl was super surprised and says oh yeah I found Muslims at the mall! The lady leading asks her to pray for the Middle East so she does and then one of our girls named Crysti speaks up and says just so you all know we the big group from YWAM thats here is going to Turkey and Lebanon! The lady leading got this crazy smile on her face and says really? She then instructs all of us that are going to put our hands up and that they were gonna pray for all of us so she does and then another lady in the group speaks up and says I just wanted to say to that whole group I have some friends who are missionaries in Turkey right now and they are seeing healing signs wonders and salvation a like crazy! As well as worshipping openly in the streets! : ) and mentioned that after we finished the meeting she would give the address to her friends blog. So afterwards she goes up to Sophia (YWAM Leader) and connects with her and then Sophia asks her didnt you pray for me last year at the presence gathering?! And this young lady recognizes her! And it just so happens we leave this Sunday to go to Chico for a week for this years Presence Gathering!
