You, yes you, should be more concerned about two American companies, Sony and Paramount, being cowards in the face of empty threats. This whole Sony hacking scandal was an attack on an American company (ok, the American branch of Sony) on American soil that resulted in employees having their personal data leaked, property stolen, and future profits limited or eliminated for six properties. All because someone in North Korea doesnt want you to see a movie that mocks their leader. (Theyre ignoring the fact that Team America and South Park exist...) This is a group dictating to a company, through crime and threats of violence, what products they can make. By the way, in case you didnt notice, they also threatened YOU with violence if you dared see the film in question, The Interview. Because Sony caved, and because Paramount caved before they were even threatened, you can expect more attacks like this one in the future. Thats something that people on both ends of the political spectrum have been screaming about for the past two days. When both political extremes can agree that you messed up, you REALLY messed.
