Your challenge today will be a tabata cardio challenge! Perform each exercise presented in the video: jumping jacks, burpees, run in place, squat jump….for 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of active rest (boxer shuffle or light jogging in place) for 4 sets before moving on to the next exercise. You can decide where you place this challenge in your workout….at the beginning after your warm-up, in between strength sets, or at the end to burnout!
