The so called search commitees are white wash of politicians to choose the highest bidders through beraucratic procedures to give respectibility to such heinous crimes. Merit competence and honesty must be the guiding and the only factor Region Religion cast and proximity to politician must not be the considerations.where are those teachers who were bold assertive and honest.where are those politicians who respected the integrity erudition and honesty of teachers i have great examples.....sheikh abdullah never interfered in the field of education and respected the Great teachers and institutions.D.p dhar didnt interfere in the rustication of his son in the srinagarEngineering college and respected the verdict of the college.Non interference gave credibility and assertiveness and honest teachers felt rewarded and teaching attracted Men of substance.As a student of s p college i vividly recollect on teachers day sadiq sahib was the chief Guest.and one of the senior and brilliant teacher of english complained in his great oration about ignoring him for post of principal which he rightly deserved.Next day the brilliant teacher found to be heading Department of English in the university.
