e.g 11- When it is normal not to have regular light and Nigerians who like to emphasize class consciousness and social strata have been unable to do this in the area of electricity as everywhere from Aso Rock to the slums, NEPA takes light – the only difference is in the efficiency and availability and size of stand by generators. In Nigeria, power cuts can take place during football matches, during the President‘s speech and even during very delicate surgeries in the Teaching Hospitals and it just becomes the current ―gist‖ for some days and life goes on as usual. we all are used to it, it seems normal, it is not, it is actually mediocritical
