eating clean for beginners: baby steps Im posting this in response to many that have asked me how do you... or how can I... so, if youre not interested in developing healthier eating habits, then keep on scrolling! Ill keep this short and sweet...promise! my best advice is to take one thing at a time to focus on/change. It takes 21 days to make a new behavior a habit so, once youve turned that change into a habit, something that you dont even have to think about anymore, pick the next thing you want to change and focus on that for 21 days, etc. Before you know it, your family will be eating healthier, loving what they eat, youll all feel great, have more energy, and will lose weight/body fat! I CHALLENGE you to start with: unsweetened almond milk or unsweetened almond/coconut milk blend. Its the SAME PRICE AS A GALLON OF MILK but only has 30-35 calories (milk has 90-110 depending on what you buy), 50% more calcium,
