for the limited time I have for lunch break, I found that I prefer a quick circuit. I like to do about 2 or 3 round cicuits depending on time and dificulty. Today I did the circuit below twice altough my goal was 3 but I spent to much time figuring out how to set up so I only did two and im glad I did cause it was hard but a good kind of hard lol. I appologize for not having the first round in the video since my camera got knocked over by a random person but I was able to record my second round without interuptions.
