#health #diet #nutrition #education #science --Two very informative lectures I watched tonight after I got done working. I dont hide that Ive lived with the AIDS virus for over 30 years now, and Im on medications to help control the virus. I have found that I can also better control this virus with more then just these medications, so Im always educating myself and tweaking my already strict diet. Anyways, a good and healthy diet helps everyone for life longevity, overall health, plus to prevent cancers, heart disease and promote other good health as in retaining a healthy weight and giving us the needed energy. Note: I actually learned a few things thru these two lectures and felt Id share them since they may be beneficial to many of you as well: I didnt know that farmed fish is healthier then wild since its diet can be controlled. Some supplements are needed while others are just a waste of our money and we lose them anyways with no benefit thru our urine anyways.
