Set the seeds inside of a folded, wet paper towel, and put them back in the freezer until about May 15. 4 Add a small amount of water to a dish and put the seeds in. The water level should be enough to allow the seeds to soak up water but not be covered by it. Cover the dish with plastic wrap. Allow the seeds to germinate and grow for three weeks. 5 Prepare a 2-gallon pot with potting soil. Lay the seedlings on top of the soil, but do not cover them.
