After completing an exciting YAK-40 rotation from Sofia to Leipzig, and five flights onboard Bakan Bulgarian Airlines AN-24, I decided to do a days tour from Sofia to Oslo return, 7 (seven) hours flying paradise on board of an old - a very old - TU-134A, ex Balkan, ex Bulgarian Government. Thursday, June 8, 2000 was a beautiful sunny day and this flight to Oslo was a long flight - for TU-134 standards - . Struggling 3.5 hours against strong headwinds claimed its toll on my video tape recording, which turned out to be longer than two hours. The decision, whether or whether not to delete all the boring window scenes was easy. I decided to keep all scenes, everything was simply perfect on this beautiful day. You may skip all scenes, which seem to be irrelevant. However, flying long distance involves fatigue. I would like to present you the inside and inflight feeling of flying a TU-134 for more than three hours, (almost) uncut. These are my special memories uploaded for you.
