is drinking, this evening, in keeping with the theme (Chakras) of tonights No Boundaries Radio Show, which I co-hosted with Joanne JoJo Crockett of VampireWear, a — Chakalicious Cocktail: 2 oz. gin 1 oz. pineapple juice 1 egg white ½ oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice dash of simple syrup 1 brandied cherry for garnish orange-blossom water orange or red food coloring Combine gin, pineapple juice, egg white, lemon juice and simple syrup in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 60 seconds. Strain into martini glass with brandied cherry. Pour orange-blossom water into an atomizer and dilute by adding 5 parts spring water to one part orange-blossom water. Add one drop orange or red food coloring. Spray top of cocktail and serve. (Note: If you want to get really artsy-fartsy, you can spray the colored orange-blossom water through a stencil to create an image to float atop the cocktail; but, after I did this one time, I found it really too time-consuming, as far as I was concerned).
