my house is 700 sq ft, a modest lil ranch to be sure. The last month my central air worked, my power bill was $243. YIKES ! I t was too old for repairmen to work on, so i was fixing it myself. I destroyed it, and we have switched to good quality window units for this season. I got my bill to cover the time since we switched. Its 110.00, and its really nice in here, nt as comfortble as central air, so we will get it replaced, but heck. its working for now !
