regardless of the outcome, the involved party and their reputation would be tainted forever with controversy. To be fair, statements on both parties should be thoroughly investigated. The term innocent until proven guilty is implied but also the phrase you have the right to remain silent should also be regarded greatly. People should remember that everything that they spill out in public is considered a verbal evidence. We, the public, can only speculate, however we should not judge quickly, we do not have the judiciary power to accuse one over the other.
