Cancer is a dangerous disease that afflicts a large number of people annually. Many people are trying to survıve this disease. The Skateman is following the footsteps of Terry Fox. He is determined to travel from Toronto to Vancouver in 120 days. Skateman is taking this journey to: * Support children wıth Cancer, * Promote Canada’s Beautiful touristic attractions, * Set a new Guinness record in skating marathon, There was a ceremony on July 10, 2013, at the starting point, Ontario Legislative Building at Queen’s Park in Toronto. The agenda for the journey is as follows: 1. Setting up 18 exhibitions along the route, three days each. 2. The exhibitions will be starting one day before the arrival of the Skateman to each city. 3. The exhibitions will carry on one day after the group has left each city. 4. Skateman’s books and clothes will be on sale in these exhibitions upon each arrival to each city. 5. Skateman invites all children with cancer to meet with him at the end of each journey from City to City. 6. The journey will be filmed and the scenic spots will be recorded to be published in Guinness book. 7. Skateman asks for generous support, financial assistance, from all Organizations and the Governments in supporting Skateman’s entourage in this Journey in the fight against Cancer. 8. Skateman welcomes anyone interested in joining the Skateman for a few kilometers on this journey either through biking or skating. Seeing off the Skateman Five days before the trip, an exhibition fair was held at Dundas Square to offer books of the Skateman.
