this is a previous post that i tend to repost when i need a reminder of how awesome i truly am (its OK to humbly brag about urself)...Many people look at me in disappointment...saying I should have pursued basketball or should have pursued a real profession...but u know what....im proud I didnt continue life going through the motions being numb to everything and anything. Starving myself to be seen and heard. Im proud im different and actually listen to the voice within. Im proud to say I love every part of myself...god doesnt make mistakes... Im proud I stand out and make people wonder and crave what i have. Im proud that I have a light shining from within given to me from my god. Im proud that i have been to hell and back...bc few ever make it back alive. Im proud to know what i know now. Im proud to be me and proud of every mistake, every success, every struggle, and every heartache I had to deal with...why? Bc it made me the strong, beautiful, gifted, real, genuine,authentic, captivating, loving, caring, bold, and badass person I am today!
