About a few months ago, maybe even 6 months ago, I said and believed I was next in line for a miracle. I knew it wouldnt come the next day, maybe it would, maybe it would come the next month...but as I stand in need again, I am reminded that my time isnt Gods time. Gods thoughts arent my thoughts...sometimes struggle is His will. God is never late...God is always on time. I am perpetually late, lol - God is perpetually on time and perfect. Moving to the front of the line doesnt mean instant gratification either. You can be next and still have to wait. God is positioning you to receive his blessings...to be showered...Its like rain...Sometimes you know the rain is coming because the clouds move into position, they drop lower, they get darker, the wind changes, folk that were outside playing with you go back in and leave you by yourself - you can smell the rain, you might even get a sprinkle here or there...your knees start acting up if you got ole Arthur....But if you believe our Creator will not withhold any good thing from you - hallelujah! - then I dare you to smell the rain and get ready...smell the blessing that is on the way. Plant the seeds, do the work - for faith without works is dead. It can rain all day and all night long - but if you didnt plant any corn, any seeds - yo tail aint gone eat. Yes, Im next - it may not pop off for another year - but Im next! You might have to get your lights cut off, or you didnt get into the class, didnt get the job you just applied for - but youre next. Ive got no choice but to keep the faith - today is my day - to take it by faith - I got next! Are you next? Is God moving you into position to receive the blessing? Have you done what youre supposed to do - you want him to rain, but did you plant? Did you read? Did you make the calls? Did you cut folk out of your life He told you to? Did you repent?
