According this article in Le Nouvelliste, a #Haitian newspaper that is mostly a propaganda sheet for the elite, #Martelly plans to make a speech during the evening of Friday, January 16, 2015. The article sets the stage for an announcement by Martelly that he has formed a transitional government with the sellout political parties and 10 remaining senators, and that they have also legitimized his declaration by decree last December 25, 2014 that Evans Paul is prime minister. These political parties do not represent the Haitian electorate, and yet another time, Martelly and his American handlers make a joke of the Haitian legislative process by pretending that the Parliament can function without a quorum. Be sure that the Associated Press and Miami Herald will be taking dictation.
