At 9:59 today all companies were dispatched to 53 Wolcott Hill Road on a report of smoke on the second floor. On arrival a moderate smoke condition was found on the second floor. Firefighters forced open a door to an apartment and quickly extinguished a small fire in a bathroom. All occupants escaped the building and there were no injuries. The fire caused minor damage and all occupants were allowed to return to the building. Fire Marshal Dignoti
