Bench Press & Back Training: Today I did a mixture of heavy work and dynamic speed work for both push and pulling movements. I did one heavy push and pull movement each and then one lighter speed and power push and pull movement each. Bench Press: 130kg 3x3 100kg x8 (3 second paused reps) Uni-lateral single arm rows: 105kg x10 80kg x12 Floor Press: 110kg 8x3 Arm-over-arm: 96kg x 3 rounds each side
