Confession time (again). I smoked a pack today. And decided (again) that I am quitting. Ugh. Im also going to the doctor next week. This COPD flare up has gone on nearly 2 months when they usually only last a week or two. Even steroid and cocktail shots a month and a half ago didnt clear it up. Now I have been really tired and achy the past 2 weeks and it has me paranoid after finding out that is what led to my friend finding out he has cancer. He thought he had the flu and was feeling like Ive been feeling. Im sure Im just being paranoid. There is so much cancer in my family that Im paranoid anyway. But Ill feel better after I go to the doctor. In the meantime I think I am seriously ready to quit smoking. Paranoia can do that to a person lol
