Cooking with LillianElidah The Savannah chef at home ! My Sunday series! Today a great friend of mine of mine invited me to invade his kitchen and I wanted a healthy meal and this is what I came up with 1 whole chicken cut in 1/4s 5 tbsp Italian herbs Salt and pepper 1/4 cup tomato and onion sauce ( sooup you make is fine, reduce oil) 1pack oystermushroom,250g A handful of green beans 1carrot Leaf of red cabbage 1/2 cup water/ chicken stock 1 lemon juice ( optional) 2cloves Garlic ( optional) Method Add them to the tomato and onion sauce and cook until sightly soft Put the chicken on a baking tray or oven dish Add your spices and season Pour the onion and tomato sauce over the chicken Grate 1-2 carrots over the chicken 1,leaf red cabbage, shredded (optional) Bake in the oven for about 40 mins or until done Note. Add whatever spices you love. Enjoy and serve with rice or fresh salad
