Dear freedom fighters aka SPLA in Opposition and fearless Nuer white Army warriors, it becomes clear now that peace talk in Addis Ababa collapsed due to rigidity,ignorance,lack of acceptance, deformation and reformation of Juba genocidal regime under incompetent Yoweri Musevenis puppet Salva Kiir Kuethpiny Lual. Second Juba continuous violating the cessation of hostility Agreement signed on 26 January 2014 and road map recommitted recently in June 10 2014 respectively by launching military offensive against our positions in all front lines in Western Bahr el Ghazal,Greater Equatoria and Greater Upper Nile regions simultaneously. We the freedom fighters in all front lines must take military actions NOW not tomorrow so that we can liberate our innocent civilians who are dieing daily from hands of tyranny government in their concentrating UNMISS camps across the country. Thereby,Salva Kiir had already drawn his vulnerable Red line by rejected our popular demands of Federalism,formation of Interim Government of National Unity without him n minority crooks and completely withdrawal of foreign mercenaries like UPDF of Uganda, M23 of Congo rebels supporting by Yoweri Museveni plus the Sudans 4 rebels groups ( JEM. SLM,SRF & SPLA-N ) from South Sudan territory. Moreover, Salva Kiir had rejected too to address the genesis/roots causes of this feudal/tribal/economical/political war which claimed 20,000 lives of innocent Nuer civilians in Juba at the hands his Gelweng/Koch Bany militias mercilessly. Therefore,below are our main concerns: First, we will continue fighting till the genesis which led to disastrous genocide of 20,000 Nuer civilians who had nothing to do with political power struggles within SPLM executive members is genuinely address and all assassins/perpetrators are brought to book. Secondly,we will continue this war till genocidal President Salva Kiir step down from Presidency either peacefully or forcefully failure to do so than South Sudan will be failed State or bloodbath nation. Thirdly, we will continue fighting till all foreign invaders,hired mercenaries of UPDF of Uganda, M23 of Congo rebels, four rebels groups in Sudan ( JEM,SLM, SRF& SPLA-N) have completely withdraw from South Sudanese territory without preconditions in places. Finally we will fight to last man till our popular demand of federal system democracy, good governance, freedoms of expression/speech and transferable government is realized/embraced or installed within South Sudan Republic. In conclusion, this war is not tribal war anymore as put by brutal Juba regime. I hereby appeals to all comrades,compatriots, peace lovers, nationalists and goodwill South Sudanese people at home and diaspora to put to rest such authoritarians,dictatorial tendencies,brutal rule,genocidal and painful regime of Salva Kiir and his stooge cabinet once and for all. Let us unite together as to achieve our unity of purposes which shall lead into lasting peace and stability in RSS. Cheers!
