Folks do not believe me until it happens to them. For instance, a friend recently boarded his dogs with me while he had to be away. he went home first to unpack, realized he had a flea infestation problem. Problem taken care of and pets now home. When you and your dogs have been away from home, the poor little fleas are starving and will get on you. Many times I have had customers get home after picking their dogs up first, to have them call me and question whether their dogs picked up fleas at the kennel. possible, but in most cases proven otherwise. This is flea season, put your dogs and cats on a good preventative and treat your homes, they are there if you have animals who live in your home. That is a fact of life in our area. They are there if you have a dog or cat who lives outside. Dogs and cats can pick up worms from the fleas. looks like maggots in their stool. that is from fleas!
