Gods Not Lost! Religion often puffs itself up, parades and creates distance in its endless pursuit to find God and be nearer to Him. But the day you accepted Christ as your Savior, made the decision to love and live for Him, He came to take up permanent residence by virtue of the Holy Spirit. Therefore, there is no long distance relationship with God, only the one you choose to believe in and create for yourself! The Psalmist David affirms and boast of Gods omnipresence in Psalm 139: 7-10 Where shall I go from your Spirit? Or where shall I flee from your presence? If I ascend to heaven, you are there! If I make my bed in Sheol, you are there! If I take the wings of the morning and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea, even there your hand shall lead me, and your right hand shall hold me. The Apostle Paul further adds by asking the rhetorical question in one of his epistles,What can separate us from the love of God..? My friend, what can really separate us from the love we came to know in Christ Jesus? To know God, is to know true love. Gods love is His emblem, His logo, His brand, his ultimate signature and trade mark! Therefore to know love, to have love, is to be with God. For where God is, resides love everlasting and love unlike any other. My prayer for you this morning, is that you get lost in His love and realize, that Gods not lost, find Him in His Word, find Him all around you and everywhere. He is closer than your next breath, He will never leave nor forsake you, He wants to lead you and love on you! He will restore you even in your mess, and always leave you more blessed! And each day, is another day, to Think of Him, Talk to Him & Walk with Him.
