Grrrr Dept.: This morning my old Litton mircrowave oven died. This afternoon, I bought a new oven, brought it home, took the old 800 lb Litton out to the car. Came back in, set up the new oven, plugged it in. Nothing. Very grim feelings ensued. Then I found some very long extension cord and connected the oven to another, distant socket, thereby creating a new tripping hazard. BINGO—new oven came on. And this means: I have new oven that works; I also very likely have an old Litton oven that still works. I’ll test that oven in the morning, and if it’s good, I guess it will go to the Youth Ranch store. And then I’ll have to call an electrician. Grrrrrr.
