If we dont feel insulted: May be KCR should hire 100 Japanese city commissioners, and give them full powers to straighten out city administration, city maintenance and city planning for Ten years. Companies like TATA do it all the time. They hire managers from Greece etc. to manage their companies in India. Why not a CM hire some administrators and let them clean up Governance and cities etc. Show people, there is a better way to live and work. Japan hired quality Gurus from USA and revolutionized Industrial (manufacturing) management. TG should hire the best around the World in agriculture, irrigation, city management, roads and bridges construction. This does not mean Indians arent capable. But they cant see India just as an outsider can. Indians are great in foreign countries. In India we become part of the lousy system.
