Im going out on a limb, here maybe, but what kind of mother would I be if Im willing to fight for and help everyone I know who is in need, but I just sit by and let the legal system screw my son over. The fact of the matter is that he was stopped for walking on a street with a sidewalk as an excuse to search him and run his license just in case he was holding something or had a warrant, and he did have a blunt on him. Now it has come to my attention that because they are charging him with 2nd degree marijuana possession that he could be sentenced to 5 years in jail! 5 years for a blunt. We have people killing and stealing walking around free. He has a very good chance of fighting this, but communication is almost impossible with him being locked up. I need him home. I also need him to help with Nicky.
