Im going to say this as objectively as possible- a mob group of blacks targeting and brutally beating white victims IS JUST AS MUCH A HATE CRIME as a white targeting a black. Refusal to prosecute as such in and of itself is racist and selective enforcement - as well as non justifiable. Those responsible should be removed from office for dereliction of duty. Its one thing for 2 people to have a disagreement and get into a fight- its another for a criminal mob action to attack based on color of skin- folks it applies BOTH ways...
