Journey update! Seems I just got started on this journey and already getting ready for Mondays round six. Boy how time flies ;) Chemo has started to make my routine... Feel pretty good on the first few days, start getting sick around day five, feel pretty yucky for a few days, and then start feeling pretty good for a few days. Will have a few more rounds and then a new pet scan in mid September that will allow my medical team to evaluate how well the chemo is doing. Pray for some awesome results! I feel good today! But, on my yucky days it is so nice to know that I am not alone - God has me every step of the way. And in Gods special way he always supplies me friends that drop me notes, comment on Facebook, emails, text, etc.. Just when I absolutely am at my low something happens and it just renews my faith. This week I received a handmade blanket from a group of women from Texas - a former student of mine - Frankies aunts church is praying for me. She says I am on her hot prayer seat For all that I have been given, I am deeply grateful. I could not do this alone. So keep me and my family in your prayers and I will keep you updated on what great things God is doing for me!
