July 2 FOOD • 3 eggs with salsa • Two pieces whole wheat / whole grain toast with butter • 1 banana • 1 large mixed greens salad with lots of yellow bell pepper and some strawberries. Small amount of low cal vinaigrette. • Half a grilled cheese sandwich • Half a chicken pot pie • A bunch of watermelon • A bit of movie popcorn (yeah, I know, but I took the family to Monsters University) EXERCISE • 40km bike ride. Not sure how long it took because I spent a while having to change a flat and forgot to stop the timer on my GPS.
