Kids of Steel Program! ERSRC and NSCC are pleased to offer Kids of Steel Program in partnership with Triathlon PEI. This program seeking to create a new sporting opportunity for children, get kids moving, and create a buzz about the sport of Triathlon, with the end goal hopefully being to assist in growing the sport…it’s going to be exciting! Sign up your child for this FREE program and please register ASAP! Running/Cycling Coach: Tyler Read Location: North Shore Area – program will rotate venues based on running/cycling nights Date: Tuesdays – July 2 thru August 20 (8 weeks) Cost: FREE (pre-registration is mandatory) Time: 5:30pm Age Group: Age 12 and under To pre-register(mandatory): Please email your child(s) name, age, grade and community name to Glynn at [email protected] Program Information: Groups will meet once a week for a running or cycling night. They will then be given a program that they can follow for the other nights of the week if they chose to do this. Triathlon PEI has been wonderful in finding us top-notch running/cycling coaches. Program End Event: Saturday, August 31 we are hoping to have a huge Kids of Steel event at Brudenell Provincial Park pending confirmation from Parks Canada. Kids of Steel groups from across the Island will be invited to attend, so it will be a great opportunity to celebrate what the kids have strived for over the summer months, and also a great way to wrap things up.
