She, my dad, and some friends took a camping trip while she was pregnant with me. A bear got in the camp, ate their food, stuck a claw through the lid of my grandmothers Tupperware bowl (the family always called it the bear bowl after that), and scared the heck out of everyone. My folks would never go camping again. Not that I remember any of it...
