March Photo of the Month Contest. Please read the rules before participating and Good Luck! 1) Limit replies on the Photo of the Month to one per member and photos along with a description. This means no discussion of photos in the form of replies on the POTM post and if you would like to elaborate on a photo feel free to repost for further discussion. To help clear up clutter I will remove any unnecessary replies. Photos must be contained within the POTM post or will not be considered no matter how many likes it receives. Any photo to do with fungal microscopy is accepted. This means photos of microscopes, any fungal form under a scope, and solo or group picture with someone using a microscope etc. 2) Like as many photos as you would wish. It would be hard to keep track of everyone only voting once. Just remember if you like every photo you are essentially not voting since your keeping the count even. 3)Voting will end the morning of the First of each month for the prior months POTM. If it becomes necessary we will set an exact time for ending of votes to avoid unnecessary arguments. 4) Submit your Photo as early in the month as possible! The more time it is on the post the more time you will have to get likes. Someone who gets 10 likes over the course of the month will win over someone who gets 9 in the final hours. 5) If you get a better picture for submission than you feel you already have for now we will allow resubmission but only after the first one is deleted by its poster. But you will have less time doing this to rack up votes so its best to save it for the next month 6) No resubmission of entries from past POTMs. To keep fresh material coming in any resubmissions will be disqualified. 7) If anyone has any recommended rules please message me your ideas and if the need to add or amend these rules become necessary we will do so at an appropriate time. Eventually I would like to see an added reward added for winning. If anyone wants to offer anything or has ideas let me know in Private Message please. 9) The banner will be changed as soon as votes are calculated and remain til the following month. We will by some means give credit to the winner for their winning shot 9) Good Luck and have FUN!!!
