Ok we went to court today at Madison County Urban Development. And Me Michele and Jared showed up and sat down and never seen the neighbors. 20 min then the judge asked for us and we approached him and he said that the Neighbors have pleaded guilty on all charges and take full responsibility. And a building permit is being given today to replace the septic system by a contractor. Now that was all we needed to get the fecal matter to stop but all the storm water reverted from the ditch the dog has ran into the ground from the sewage overflow from the Dry Well / Leach Pit and faulty septic system it is still is coming straight to my home as we can see that on Video .Said he is not fixing last month, this month I have no clue ....LOL so court papers are being drown up to have a seas and assist order given to get a ditch put in to control his run off.... so I see us in this shed for Xmas.... State Farm needs to man up and take care of this,, We are a disabled family and it is getting cold and we need the help now,....
