As u r begging for downward reduction, a call will be put through the idiot mobilephone presumably from their Oga@thetop requesting to know his whereabout. The idiot will mention another place and told d Oga u r beginning to show understanding and will plead with the Oga for certain amount within the region u earlier begged for. Then, he will drag a bit to see if u will add up. If you maintain ur stand, he will then ask for what u agreed and let U go. Please Note: this boys are not taskforce team, they are thieves devising new means to extort money from innocent road users. Be smart!
