Side effect of an active fitness life: HAIR GETS SWEATY! For us who do two a day and also care about our hair we agonize when we are dripping in sweat thinking great, that hair wash was a waste of time. Its not good for healthy hair to be washed with shampoo daily. Dry shampoo is great but it feels dirty. Do you agree with me? My hairline gets greasy and I wish my body wasnt as efficient at cooling itself down! Here are three more things about sweating: 1. SWEAT is not an indicator on fat burning. 2. Prevent Back acne or other trouble spots with this method: scrub with a sponge (I use a one for the kitchen!) a few times a week, avoid oily lotion and put a layer of salicylic acid on acne prone areas before you work out. 3. Put baby powder or a powder spray in your sweaty areas before a workout to reduce sweating. I wish this worked for the hairline lol. I think I need to buy a sweat band. Something like this!
