So yesterday you stomped the devils butt .....did you boast about it ....did you not realize it was NOT you but the Christ in you that enable you to stomp stomp stomp .. \o/ ....and then went to bed a little smug ...woke up and headed toward the day a bit confident ....and ran smack into a trap he laid while you slept!!! He snickers at your tumble and while you are down he will just throw a kick in your kidneys reins and see how unbalanced he can get you .....!!! If you think you are a match for the enemy .....hes already snatch your eyesight to blind ...Every day he comes as a thief to steal kill and destroy us ...that is his plan for our day ....he uses the flat tire, he uses the crazy driver on the highways, he uses the co-worker, the boss, the printer that will not print, the computer that runs slower than molasses .....the lunch you thought would be delicious but turns out the dressing you poured all over your salad was soured and you cannot eat it now ....toss that $7.00 out the backdoor .....so on the way home you lick your wounds like a hound dog ...and out your mouth comes poison ....poor me ....does anyone care ....why me Lord why me ....! If we do not stay humble even in our moments of exaltation we shall be brought low again .....just a wee bit of pride and the enemy gains more than an inch .....he will take the whole mile.....! We must remember I am nothing, I know nothing, I have nothing and I can do nothing apart from God ....for I am useless, I am helpless, I am hopeless and I am worthless ...It is HIM that brings to me all things good ...It is HIM that works through me in the good deeds.....w/out HIM I am but a tender prey for the enemy to feast upon .....I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.....It is through Christ that we have the victory over the enemy everyday!
