The Embassy of Canada in Athens calls on friends of Greece in Toronto and area, and Greek-Canadians, to support the Gala Evening A Night to Remember on October 23. Proceeds from this noteworthy event will go to the Paediatric Cancer Project between Sickkids and Aghia Sofia Childrens Hospital, working towards the development of a paediatric oncology cancer centre of excellence in Greece. The legendary Nana Mouskouri, UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador, who celebrates her 80th birthday in October, has generously agreed to take part. It will be for certain a night to remember!
