The Maricopa County Republican Committee (MCRC) Statutory Meeting will be held Sat., Jan 10, 2015 at the Grace Community Church, 1200 East Southern Ave., Tempe, Arizona 85282. o Registration begins at 7:30 am. o Meeting Call to Order at 9 am. o Arizona State Teenage Republicans (TARS) will be accepting donations in exchange for refreshments. o Congressman David Schweikert will provide hot Coffee, Chocolate, or Tea. o Attendees to sign in at the Credentials/Tally area. o VIPs should check in at the VIP Check-In or notify First Vice Chairman April Riggins upon arrival. o Candidate Banners/Signs inside/outside the Sanctuary: Congressional banners - $200, Statewide Candidates - $100, all others $50. Up to three campaign signs may be placed outside the sanctuary for $40. Drop off the banner [4’ X 8” max size] and mail your check payable to MCRC to Lori Urban. First come; first serve. Banners must be hung by Grace Community staff – placement location is assigned on a request basis only. (Banners MUST be delivered to AZ GOP Headquarters by Noon, Thurs, Jan 8, 2015). o Candidate / Vendor Tables: First come / first confirmed basis. Table location selection upon payment of $75, including one 6-foot table with 2 chairs. Candidates/Vendors may have a sign at/on/behind your table as possible. o Candidate Flyers & Promotional Pieces: Pages may be placed in the PC Packets - $75 per flyer (Max size: 8 ½ x 11, stuffing will be done by o MCRC volunteers.) Flyers MUST be submitted to Chairman A J LaFaro for approval by 12/15/14, and 3,000 flyers must be delivered to AZGOP Headquarters by 12/29/14.
