This co-sponsored event is FREE and is expected to attract hundreds of participants on Saturday, July 13, 2013 from 9 am – 3 pm at The National Shrine of Our Lady of La Salette Welcome Center. We are looking for organizations and businesses who offer health and wellness services or products that can be showcased at our Health Fair. While we invite all organizations to apply, we offer a limited number of spaces and will reserve the right to refuse same-type vendors to ensure a variety of offerings for attendees. The registration fee for the Health Fair will be $50 for vendors who intend to sell products/services and free for non-profit organizations or vendors providing screenings or free services. The registration fee must be paid in full and turned in with the registration form. A table set up form is included with this letter. Please mark the necessary requirements. Supplies and sizes are limited and are available on a first come, first served basis. Registration Deadline is 06-14-13. We will notify you by email by 06-17-13 if you have been accepted as a vendor. Set-Up: Friday, July 12 5pm-8pm.
