The presenting ceremony (Source: vtv4.vn) On June 30th, in the northern province of Bac Giang, Bac Giang provincial Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union presented national flags, drawings and journals about Vietnam’s sea and islands to representatives of people and soldiers in Truong Sa district. At the conference on news about the East sea, secretary of Bac Giang provincial Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Nguyen Thi Kim Dung said that this was a significant activity to contribute to the youth nationwide towards Truong Sa archipelago. The Union helped young people improve knowledge about position, potential and importance of Vietnam’s sea and islands; provide latest news about the East sea to young people in the province. The Union also launched a program to raise funds, present national flags, edit journals about sea and islands, contributing to promote solidarity between young people in Bac Giang province and young people in border areas and islands./.
