There is a mentally challenged young woman that lives in an apartment complex where people with disabilities lives she has people that help her out. Her little elderly Jack Russell died of old age:( She really needs a companion. The dog does not have to be a Jack Russell but it does need to meet these requirements: Needs to be small, able to be carried, history of housetraining, loveable. This young woman would carry her little dog around all the time. So one that would allow that. It cant be barky because it cant disturb the other residents so if you come across something Please let me know. The Complex manager went to the shelter in Trenton today in hopes of finding one but did not have one suitable for her.
