This just might be the thing some people are looking for and I dont really know how to write an eloquent, flowing, accurate description of it that does it justice but I really want to bring this to the attention of anyone who might need it and benefit from it. Its not your grandpas kind of church but it just may be the perfect one for you IF: 1) Youre LGBT+ and looking for a spiritual home. 2) Not LGBT+ but looking for a modern church that fits your spiritual beliefs of LOVE, KINDNESS, Being a GREAT Human Being; Using the Christian Bible as the base of learning and your own spiritual journey that does not include prejudices, hate/fear based religious beliefs, etc. 3) Have questions? Dont know how to find answers? Now, I cant answer those questions, Im an atheist. but maybe these people can and their primary mission in life seems to be sincerely, honestly, genuinely sharing a spritual journey that is much more in line with life in the modern world. {personal bit next} I am not an atheist because God let me down and I hate him or am angry or something like that: I am an atheist because: Science. I never was a Christian to begin with, never did believe. I dont care for Organized Religion but I have no problems with anyones own personal spiritual journey. I encourage each and every Human Being to find and embrace their own personal truths, and for these folks, this is theirs. They are more than happy to share it with you or to also just respect your beliefs as long as you respect and honor theirs. I want to eradicate the evils of Organized-Power based/ hatemongering/ fear dealing RELIGION. But, spiritual self-explorations by open minded, kind hearted, Human Beings; Oh yeah. To borrow a quote: Damn Right I support it. Because if finding your own faith in spiritual matters based on a god essence makes you as beautiful a Human Being as it does these folks; it aint a bad thang. And I respect that. See, they even let ME in the door and never once give me any grief or unkindness just because I dont share their beliefs. I hope I am as respectful of and as kind to them as they are of me.
