We thank all the volunteer counselors that have put in thier applications...let me remind everyone that we need (1) LEADERSHIP (2) VOLUNTEERISM (3) TOTAL 24/7 COMMITMENT at the rally and the two days before and after. We will take a kind and gentle approach in accepting volunteers, but we need ruthless execution at the airport, on campus and at events off campus. Counselors never say no to helping one of our nurse counterparts when they need us, dont drift off campus in the off hours ( because there are no off hours), and focus 100% on our KIDS! Right?
