What excites me? That this year I finally got my head out of my ass. I THOUGHT I was healthy. But healthy people arent exhausted beyond belief, nor do they get sick as a dog every 2 months at the age of 23. I felt miserable and felt like I had lost connection with my purpose in life. I had always wanted to help people- but how was I going to do that if I couldnt get into nursing or medical school? Can you say STRESS? Thank goodness an opportunity came into my life at a time when no couldnt be an answer. Within three days I felt like I had a light switch turned on in my body. I thought I was doing all of the right things, but guess what? I wasnt. Fast forward 10 months to living in the healthiest body that I have ever lived in. I cant type into words how fantastic it feels to have a body working like it is supposed to. My energy is through the roof, I have mental clarity beyond belief and the best part of all, I get to help people feel amazing and live the life that they thought they could only DREAM of!!! How about that? What does your ideal day look like? Who are you with? What are you doing? Take a moment on your day and just think about it.
